Hints and tips for applications

  • How can I submit my application?

We prefer online applications.

  • How will my applicant data be processed?

Your data will be stored and processed for the respective position during the application process. You’ll be able to decide for yourself whether your data should be kept for 6 months or 1 year. You’ll also have the option of having your data added to our applicant database, so that you can be notified of other suitable job offers in the future. Similarly, you’ll be able to decide whether this data is to be stored for 6 months, 1 year or 2 years. You can also request the return of the data at any time.

  • Can I apply for more than one job?

Yes. You’re welcome to apply for more than one position at our company, and you can even submit an unsolicited application if we don’t have any suitable vacancies at the moment.

  • Can I link my Xing or LinkedIn profile?

Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment.

  • When can I expect feedback on my application?

We’ll immediately send you an email to confirm receipt of your application. Your application will then be examined as part of the selection process. We’ll try to give you feedback as soon as possible.

  • Can I also submit an unsolicited application?

Yes. If you can’t find any suitable vacancies at the moment, you’re more than welcome to send us an unsolicited application. Send an unsolicited application here.

  • How can I prepare for the interview?

In the interview, we’d like to get to know you and find out why you want to work for KEB. It’s very important that you’re authentic and fit into our company.

  • Is a position still vacant if it’s posted on the website?

Yes. As long as a position is advertised on our website, it’s vacant.

  • How does the selection process work?

If you’re shortlisted, we’ll invite you to an interview. If we like what we see in the interview and we’re both still interested in working together, you’ll complete a trial working day at KEB. This will help you get a better idea of your work – and we’ll be able to see you in action. We think it’s very important that you get to know your potential future colleagues, explore our facilities and take in the working atmosphere. At the end of the trial working day, you’ll have a final meeting to discuss your thoughts on the day and the next steps.
